The Preseason Academy is designed to provide players the opportunity to continue to build on their lacrosse development through the winter months in preparation for the Spring season. The program consists of four 1.5 hour weekend sessions that will focus on different skills to improve player stick skills, footwork and lacrosse IQ.

Offensive and Defensive Team Concepts
Stick-work, dodging, shooting, stick protection
Defensive footwork, 1 v 1 defense and off-ball defense
Offensive off-ball movement (2-man and 3-man games)
Individual face-off and goalie instruction
Fast Break Lacrosse – 5v5 with a goalie every week for a half hour
HIGH SCHOOL: Focus will be on scrimmages and situational Lacrosse IQ
